I never had the motor control necessary to play ANY instrument. (Me playing the clarinet long ago qualifies right up there with waterboarding as torture.) People who play well are a pleasure to listen to. People who play poorly. Reminds me of a line from <i>I'll Be There</i> which goes something like, "You see, a piano's an instrument of incandescent beauty. But, when you play, it becomes a means of unspeakable torture."
